Cheapest Places to Buy Bitcoin

 With Bitcoin at a huge low, currently $20000 at the time of writing this from its all time high of $69000 I get the usual questions being asked. Where can I buy Bitcoin! I will provide some links below on some of the cheapest places to buy Bitcoin with the lowest fees.

The other question I get asked "is Bitcoin dead?" I refer people to a few years ago when the price dropped from an all time high from $20000 down to $2000 adding its on sale 

1, Coinbase

Coinbase has to be one of the easiest and most simple platforms to buy crypto on, very fast to setup and very very easy to add your bank details and buy crypto. Not only can you buy Bitcoin but they have a long list of other crypto available for people to buy. 

Only downside is Coinbase fees can be higher than most other places, but this is an offset for ease and speed of use.

2, Binance

Binance has become a huge player within the crypto industry, with its main focus being on trading and futures it has now become another place to buy crypto. They have a quick buy system similar to Coinbase which also has similar fees. Although you can get crypto for cheaper if you put some time in, bank deposits are charged a small fee and once the deposit has been recieved you can put it into your trading account and buy BTC or whatever crypto you want directly with lower fees. I would suggest having some knowledge on knowing how the platform works to do this, otherwise just use the simple buy option from the top tab

Where To Buy Bitcoin With Debit Or Credit Card

As Bitcoin continues to grow we are seeing lots and lots of new people coming over and wondering where can they buy Bitcoins on card or for cash? I have always said for someone starting out in buying Bitcoin I believe this is one of the hardest things to get solved at the start. So we are going to list the main exchanges that accept card (one cash) and have been around a long time and can be trusted

Coinbase is probably the biggest of all exchanges online where you can instantly buy Bitcoin and even Ethereum with debit and credit card, buy $100 and get a free $10's worth through our link. I personally have used Coinbase alot on the past and although their fee's are not the cheapest the Bitcoin is instant. You can also setup a wallet with them so you can store your Bitcoins, although we always advise you storing your Bitcoins offline

Here we have something very different with LocalBitcoins, again a huge huge company who have established themselves massively on the Bitcoin market but the way ti works is very very different. Unlike Coinbase and CEX you do not buy your Bitcoins directly from Localbitcoins. Instead they act as a middle man and you purchase from other people selling Bitcoin. They make it safe by holding the Bitcoin in escrow until the payments and Bitcoin have all been confirmed from both sides. This results in much cheaper rates getting you more Bitcoin for your money, again Localbitcoins is a site I have personally used alot. You can also buy in cash if you really need to, although be aware this will involve meeting a person locally and purchasing which I would be very careful of doing

Coinmama is somewhere that revolves their whole business around purchasing BTC with debit and cards, the are well respected and have been around for awhile now. It really is one of the easiest right up there with Coinbase, the fee's may be slightly higher but that's because like Coinbase the Bitcoin your receive is instant. They now also offer ETH!

Cex.io is another huge exchange that has been around a long time, initially creating their name by host Ghash mining pool they moved away from that and focused on buying and selling Bitcoins and Ethereum. I personally have not used CEX as much as coinbase but like coinbase they are instant and you can buy with credit or debit card. I would not use any other companies other than these two when buying instant Bitcoin with your debit or credit card

LocalBitcoins Vs Bitbargain Vs Remitano

After trawling through exchanges to buy Bitcoins I have decided to write an article on the top 3 that I currently use or have used and my reasons behind them

I will Start with LocalBitcoins

LocalBitcoins has been around since 2012 and is probably one of the first sites you will come to if you want to Buy Bitcoins. It allows people to both buy and sell Bitcoins at the price they set with many many ways of paying, one of those being cash on collection. They allow you to search for local sellers and pay cash which seems alot of people prefer to do. Personally I try and keep it to bank transfers as everything is held in escrow until it has been confirmed by both sides

BitBargain is another site that has been around for a while (unable to find exact founded date) and again is another big name you will come to when searching for buying/selling Bitcoins. It is very much like LocalBitcoins it the way it works with escrow and the users selling or buying Bitcoins but has fewer payment options, nearly all options are online transactions. BitBargain is probably the one trading platform that I feel the safest on, they have tons of verification for the sellers to do. The sellers even have to carry out an exam and get 100% to be allowed to sell Bitcoin on the site. Buyers also have to do some verification, this is mainly to re assure the sellers that they are using a legitamte bank account and not trying to pay with any stolen or illegal methods.

Remitano is probably the newest player on the market, it follows the same platform as Bitbargain and LocalBitcoins. The website is clean and fresh and feels good to use, I have only seen good reviews so far for the website although I am yet to carry out a trade. I dont know if this is down to low UK traffic or my online times. Remitano has the highest traffic from Vietnam and Malaysia and I think may still require a little bit of time to grow in the UK. Buyers and Sellers still go through the same escrow service when selling and all sellers must have ID verification
